We are currently seeking an Analyst Sr - FP&A to join our Global FP&A team in our New York, NY location. Job Responsibilities Support the Financial processes of the Marketing and Publicity teams, including expense tracking, budget management, and monthly forecasting and reporting. Process and track invoices and ensure timely payment. Partner with internal accounting, accounts payable and external partners regarding payment status. Reconcile media plans and review all media billing against contracts and/or forecasts. Month-end close process, including preparation and review of accruals, partnering with accounting to confirm booking, and reviewing monthly financials with marketing leadership. Assist with the end-to-end annual budgeting process Various analysis and ad hoc reporting as required, including document and process automation through use of AI tools QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred) Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, business, or accounting 2-5 years of relevant experience as a financial analyst, consultant or accounting position Experience in working in a marketing department or in the media and entertainment industry is preferred. MS Office expertise, with an emphasis in Excel, including copilot experience Proficiency in Oracle EPM, Oracle Planning and Oracle EBS is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, problem solve and effectively prioritize one's workload. The base compensation for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 commensurate with experience.
