Requirement description :

2+ years of Med Surg Experience - [required]
Pediatric Experience -[required]
Epic Experience - [highly preferred]
Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction) - required

Profile Requirements:

Work History
Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the speciality (Med Surg) - [required] [document]
2 Supervisory Reference Forms completed within the last two years - [required] [document]
LARA and/or Nursys must state Active Michigan/MI License - [required] [document]
Active American Heart Association BLS - [required] [document]
Active American Heart Association ACLS - [required] [document]
Active American Heart Association PALS - [required] [document]

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)
PALS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

Michigan

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Must be active!
Weekend Requirements : Every Other Weekend
On Call Requirements : No Call
