Nurse Practitioner - Corporate Health

Occupational HealthNurse Practitioner needed for a full-time hybrid,contract-to-hire opportunity supporting Yoh’s well-knowncorporate office clientbased in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. Work9:00am to 5:00pm onsite 3 days/week in Downtown LA(includingalternating Wednesdays & Fridays); telemedicine on non-clinic days Travel required to Century City when needed, in addition toSan Diego, Orange County, and San Francisco (frequency TBD - likely monthly for SoCal and quarterly for NorCal). This is a newly created position joining an established onsite medical clinic team that already includes a Nurse Practitioner, Physical Therapists, and Mental Health Counselors. You'll serve as the highest level of medical care for a high-performing workforce of 700+ employees. Must be comfortable working autonomously as you will likely be solo onsite, alternating with the other NP. Top Skills You Should Possess Active Nurse Practitioner(FNP/ANP)license in state of California Current prescription authority Minimum 2years ofexperience as a provider Previous experience in Occupational/Employee Health, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Corrections, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or FamilyPractice Comfortable performing blood draws Prior experience with telehealth What You’ll Be Doing Assessment, triage, treatment, and education for employee health concerns Injury/illness triage and treatment Immunizationsand travel vaccines Perform onsite physical assessments (pre-placement, return-to-work, fitness-for-duty) Ambulatory care (sore throats, ear aches, rashes, pink eye, etc.) Onsite testing for strep, UTI, influenza, hyperglycemia/hypoglycemia Dispense OTC medications (back pain, headache, pharyngitis) Phlebotomy What You Need to Bring to the Table NationalCertification(ANCC orAANP) Current BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross) NPI Annual TBTest or QuantiFERON Gold Strong computer skills;EMR experience required; Quest experience a major plus Interpersonal skills to interview, teach, counsel, and interact with employees and clients What’s In It For You Grow your experience with a trusted, well-respected organization Work in a unique,rewarding environment where youmake a real impact on individual well-being and workplace culture.
