Corporate Financial Analyst

Job Functions Support the finance department with ongoing analysis for products, business lines, business units, and the overall company Monitor specific P&L and balance sheet line items, research and provide insights to variances Create financial models and analyses to finance leadership and executive teams with actionable insights Work with business partners on issues and assist with identifying resolutions Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial review on budget vs actual Assist in data compilation and preparation of exhibits and schedules for internal reporting Calculate and track key business metrics Provide financial analyses to support strategic initiatives Review supplier expense spend Help manage headcount & compensation planning, reporting, and tracking Ensure follow-up action when necessary and provide updates to the management Complete special projects, ad-hoc reporting, and any other job-related duties required to support the department objectives Ideal Candidate 1-2 years of experience in finance related positions which includes accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and financial budgeting Experience using Workday Adaptive ERP Previous insurance experience is a plus Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, modeling, data consolidation) The desire to build and improve efficiencies of current processes & files A drive to proactively cultivate relationships with colleagues and Business Unit owners The Amynta Group (the “Company”) is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of any ground of discrimination protected by applicable human rights legislation.
