Part-Time Concierge

As our Part-Time Concierge , you will surpass every guest’s aspirations, welcoming them and making their experience special from the moment they step into the Village. By demonstrating an inherent understanding of guest needs, you will gracefully deliver excellent standards in service and hospitality within the Village. What you will be doing Living the Value Retail vision for world-class hospitality and service, warmly welcoming guests to the Village, and anticipating guests’ needs in an effortless manner. Promoting our offerings, including but not limited to hands-free shopping, luggage hold, UBS Arena delivery, gift card sales, and membership. Assisting the Concierge team with retrieving, organizing, and transporting guest packages efficiently and securely. Informing guests of brand promotions, food and beverage offerings, unique activations, and commercial holiday moments. Supporting the team and events held in our private hospitality space, The Apartment. Proactively providing and seeking feedback and suggestions on the delivery of hospitality and our services, with enhancement of the guest experience always top of mind. To be successful with us, you’ll have: Experience in hospitality, premium customer/guest services, or tourism. Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), up to 25 hours per week, including some weeknight hours. A high level of cultural sensitivity to guests from various international backgrounds and cultures. Excellent interpersonal skills, engaging with both guests and colleagues with impact and influence. Ability to prioritize and adapt to change fluidly. Fluency in English; any other language would be beneficial.
