This is an opportunity to make a real impact on patients’ lives while working with a supportive and mission-driven team. Responsibilities: Provide a full scope of primary care, including new admissions, routine follow-up visits, and comprehensive medical management for residents Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care Requirements: Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of MO Minimum of 6 months NP experience Prior nursing home or long-term care experience highly preferred Schedule: Full time – Monday through Friday Competitive annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $155,000 Full benefits package, including health coverage, paid time off, and more Make a difference in the lives of those who need it most — and love what you do every day! #J-18808-Ljbffr
