Locums Anesthesiology Physician in Virginia - Choose Your Shift Mix

Anesthesiology locums opportunity in Norfolk, Virginia with flexible shift lengths, cardiac cath lab coverage, and ongoing scheduling opportunities.

Practice Setting:

• Inpatient anesthesia practice serving all age groups
• General anesthesia and cardiac cath lab coverage
• Hospital-based setting with varied case mix
• EPIC charting environment

Schedule:

• 8, 10, and 12-hour shift options available
• Ongoing coverage with multiple open shifts
• Weeknight and weekend call rotation of approximately 1:14
• Numerous scheduling opportunities throughout the year

Cases and Procedures:

• General anesthesia coverage
• Cardiac cath lab support
• Broad inpatient anesthesia case mix
• Additional procedural responsibilities based on service needs

Requirements:

• MD or DO required
• Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• Active Virginia license required
• ACLS and DEA required
