Job Details Job Location: Biloxi - Gulfport, MS 39507 Position Type: Part Time Reports to: General Manager / Assistant General Manager Payment Type: Hourly, non‑exempt, Semi‑Monthly Part‑time – EARLY MORNING HOURS (4 AM to 11 AM Weekdays) Job Summary As the first point of contact for our members, the Front Desk Opener is responsible for opening the facility promptly, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a high standard of service. The role requires punctuality, diligence, and a commitment to member satisfaction. Responsibilities Open the fitness center promptly at 5:00AM Monday through Friday. Handle cash deposits accurately and securely. Ensure all towels are clean, stocked, and available for members. Prepare and stock Juice Bar ingredients and equipment for the day. Greet members in a friendly and professional manner. Check members and guests in appropriately. Assist members with account issues and answer general questions. Complete regular cleaning tasks throughout the fitness center. Count inventory and report any discrepancies to management. Perform additional tasks as needed. Physical Demands Stand for extended periods of time. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Bend, stoop, and reach overhead. Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment. Work in a noisy environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness or hospitality environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to handle cash deposits and manage inventory. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Punctual and reliable.
