Job Title: Cook Location: Red Bicycle Cafe, Smyrna, TN Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Red Bicycle Cafe is seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook to join our culinary team. As a cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and delivering our menu items to the highest standards. Your creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will help ensure that every dish we serve delights our customers and enhances their experience at our cafe. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient and smooth operations. Adapt to additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support the team. Requirements Proven experience as a cook or in a relevant culinary role. Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and food safety practices. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately and consistently. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
