Possessstrong closing abilities and ability to work with lenders. Understandsand keeps abreast of federal, state, and local regulations. Abilityto handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptlyand professionally. Ensurehigh standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers. Ensurethat sales representatives understand and follow dealershippolicies at all times. Excellentcommunication skills; ability to communicate effectivelywith customers; subordinates and other management. Abilityto train and be a leader to your sales staff. An effectivemanager is a great leader.
