Service Center Phoenix - N 27th Ave Job Summary We are looking for a Collision Estimator to perform a wide range of duties, including: Writing estimates Conducting process reviews Checking in customer vehicles Completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice) Finalizing total loss administration Providing post‑repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards Benefits of Joining Immediate eligibility for medical, dental and vision (day one) Industry comparable pay paid weekly Paid vacation and holidays – can begin accruing day 1 Paid skill training and certifications (I‑CAR) Career growth opportunities – promotion from within Requirements 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License Abilities / Skills / Knowledge Consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat and lift objects over 50 lbs Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software Advance understanding of repair process and procedures Strong sales orientation Ability to understand written and verbal instructions Prioritization of competing tasks and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment Equal Employment Opportunity Caliber is an equal opportunity employer.
