Business Analyst Specializing in PeopleSoft Applications

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst specializing in PeopleSoft applications.

Deep understanding of PeopleSoft modules and functionalities, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with business process analysis, requirements elicitation, and documentation.

Proficiency in SQL queries and data analysis tools for extracting and analyzing data from PeopleSoft databases.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
