Travel Nurse Lpn Position In Michigan

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during scheduled night shifts on a 13-week travel assignment in Michigan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to LTC residents during scheduled night shifts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress in electronic health records.
• Execute IV therapy and medication administration following established protocols and safety standards.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition, respond promptly to emergencies, and report findings to the appropriate healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• LPN license in Michigan.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• IV certification.
• Minimum 2 years of long-term care experience.
• Strong familiarity with elder-care best practices.
• Ability to work night shifts, including potential on-call or rotating weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability.

Preferred Skills:

• Dementia care certification.
• Experience working with dementia patients.
