Under supervision of the Lead Assembler and Production Manager, the Assembler I will learn and participate in the building of subassembly and finish goods. Requirements: In this role you will: Learn to read, comprehend, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings and work instructions. Perform all work in accordance with time standards while maintaining quality standards and safety procedures. Cable preparation; including stripping, tinning, and labeling. Assemble using hand tools and power tools. Gluing and sealing using Loctite, epoxy, RTV and other compounds. Work with various sized materials. Solder and assemble various components. Identify product defects and report to trainer/leader. Handling of sensitive materials and equipment. Maintain equipment and a clean and safe work environment. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Identifies low inventory and communicates appropriate. Set up and use test equipment to record, compile and evaluate data. Assist in other functional areas when/if necessary. Perform related duties as assigned by Supervisor. Your Contributions High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and written Basic computer skills Ability to understand quality control principles Ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision Ability to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
