Contract Senior HR Generalist

Vaco Phoenix is looking for a contract Senior HR Generalist for a top client in the East Valley! The HR Generalist will handle employee relations issues, manage benefits administration, and update employee information in the HR system. This is a hybrid role looking to hire immediately, lasting two months, paying up to $45 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities Managed HR help desk and ticketing support, ensuring timely resolution of employee inquiries Handled employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality Administered employee benefits, including billing coordination and issue resolution Oversaw termination processes and completed offboarding documentation Processed employee status changes while maintaining accurate personnel records Updated and maintained employee information within Workday Provided day-to-day HR operational support across the team and department functions Requirements 1-2 years’ experience in HR Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Compensation and Benefits Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
