We are hiring a Senior Marketing Account Manager to drive measurable marketing results for our clients. This role is accountable for strategic oversight, client retention, project management, and performance outcomes across all digital channels. You will manage the client relationship end-to-end while directing internal resources to deliver on your agreed-upon strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Own a defined client list, with performance measured against retention, client satisfaction, and account growth targets
• Set the strategic vision and define success metrics for each client, then partner with our internal team to execute against that vision
• Oversee marketing across social media, Google Ads, SEO, email automation, branding, and websites
• Deliver regular performance reporting to clients, tying deliverables to measurable outcomes (traffic, conversions, ROAS, engagement, etc.)
• Independently own client communication, running meetings with a clear agenda, action items, and follow-through
• Balance a multi-client workload while consistently hitting deliverables and deadlines
• Quickly learn the nuances of the death care profession so you can independently manage client strategy

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in account management or digital marketing, with a track record of hitting performance targets across a multichannel client portfolio
• Working knowledge of social media, Google Ads, SEO, email automation, branding, and web strategy — able to speak to both tactics and results
• Experience managing both small business and enterprise-level accounts
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and competing deadlines simultaneously
• Strong internal coordination skills — able to direct a team toward deliverables without constant oversight
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail across client deliverables
• Relentless follow-up on outstanding tasks and client requests
• Comfortable operating with minimal ramp-up time in a new industry vertical
