Day to Day

The ideal HR Operations Associate is self-directed, detail-oriented, and driven to contribute to Indeed’s reputation, growth and success. You will support all employee life-cycle changes through the HR management system. The right coordinator cares about employees, is attentive to their needs, and is always searching for new ways to make their experience with Indeed the best it can be. You will support all Tier 1 responsibilities through the HR Management system and report to the Global Lead, Tier 1.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all global employee life-cycle changes through the HRIS - Workday Help case queue Platform. This includes, but is not limited to: compensation changes, leave of absences, structural organization changes such as department and supervisor changes.

• Manage applicable tracking spreadsheets (terminations, performance, new hires) to ensure all data is up-to-date and easily accessible for HR Operations and People Partners.

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of company policies & procedures to effectively communicate guidelines when responding to daily employee inquiries.

• Run, distribute, and analyze various reports for HR and Finance teams as needed.

• Assist with HR compliance projects such as personnel file and benefit document audits, as well as consistent filing of personnel documentation.

Skills/Competencies

• Requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience.

• Demonstrated proficiency in MSOffice suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Google Docs.

Salary Range Transparency

Tier 1 - United States of America 22.19 - 30.77 USD per hour

Tier 2 - United States of America 22.60 - 34.13 USD per hour

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. Compensation may also vary based on where a role is performed, as work locations are grouped into geographic pay tiers to reflect cost of labor differences in different geographic markets.
