About the Role

Hello Paraprofessionals! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring full-time Paraprofessionals for the 2026-2027 school year in the Jacksonville, FL area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What We're Looking For

• Associates Degree or equivalent
• OR least 60 completed credits
• OR Paraprofessional Credential by the FDOE such (as a passing score on the ParaPro Assessment)
