Sales Order/Billing Specialist
Immediate need Our client is looking to hire a Sales Order/Billing Specialist to their team.
Duties include:
- Processing of sales orders and related fulfillment.
- Communication with warehouse manager on availability of items and related shipments.
- Processing of invoices & handle all billing for shipped items
- Customer service (working with clients and vendors)
- Answering phones.
- Accurate and detailed order entry
Requirements:
- Excellent communication abilities
- Outgoing personality
- Advanced organizational practices
- MS Office Suite with Excel
