What You’ll Do As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for: Oversee room attendants and public area cleaners during shifts Assign tasks and ensure room status is updated in PMS Inspect guest rooms and common areas for cleanliness and standards Support onboarding and training for new housekeeping staff Collaborate with maintenance and front desk for smooth daily ops What You Bring 1–2 years of hotel housekeeping experience Keen eye for detail and Marriottn or Hilton cleanliness expectations Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and time management skills Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays What You’ll Love About Working Here We believe great work deserves great rewards.
