Description: Minimum experience of 1 year required. First-time travelers are not accepted. Patient population ranges from infants to geriatrics. General Emergency Department skills are required. Patient ratio is 1:4. Facility has an average daily census of 135 with 46 rooms. Familiarity with Epic and Pyxis systems is necessary. Scrub color is navy blue. Availability to float to other locations may be required. There are no call requirements for this position. If one major holiday occurs during the assignment, working is expected. If two major holidays occur, working both is required. If three holidays occur, two of them must be worked. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day. Full compliance is required to start on time. Compliance documents need to be submitted within the specified timeline. Module completion is part of the orientation process.
