What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patients with acute and chronic breathing issues

• Perform arterial blood gas analysis and other respiratory diagnostics
• Educate patients and families on treatments and respiratory therapy equipment
• Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Contribute to a positive, learning-oriented environment

Desired Experience:

• Valid RRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist, or eligibility to obtain one prior to start
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in respiratory therapy (acute care setting preferred)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
