Anesthesiologist (Full-time)

Role Overview We are seeking full‑time anesthesiologists to join our employed group in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Positions include day/non‑call, call, nocturnist, and part‑time or per diem scheduling options. The group has about 40 physicians and 40 CRNAs covering spine, orthopedics, cardiac, obstetrics, and teaching residents, medical students, and CRNA students. Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation includes base salary, incentives, allowances for CMEs and dues, malpractice coverage, and a generous sign‑on bonus and relocation allowance. Salary range: $430,000–$600,000 annually depending on schedule, subspecialty, and experience. Qualifications Board certified or eligible in anesthesia. New graduates and 2026 graduates encouraged to apply. Regional fellowship training acceptable. Experience with 24/7 coverage and multiple hospital settings preferred. Work Settings Primary sites: Danbury Hospital (371 beds, Level II Trauma Center), Norwalk Hospital (366 beds, Level II Trauma Center), New Milford Hospital (85 beds), Sharon Hospital (78 beds).
