RN - Emergency Room

Role Overview Provides direct and indirect patient care in various settings, collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes. Utilizes critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate care to promote patient health, dignity, and autonomy. Performs general nursing duties, patient education, and prioritization, ensuring safety and quality of care. Key Responsibilities Accurately assesses patients based on their condition. Administers medications as prescribed and performs treatments. Develops and evaluates patient and family education plans. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care. Assists physicians with procedures requiring technical skills. Addresses psychosocial needs and communicates with social services for discharge planning. Practices cost-effective resource usage and prioritizes patient safety. Engages in lifelong professional learning. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
