BODYWORKS, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Fitness & Member Services Associate to join our team in Beckley, WV. You'll help create a welcoming gym experience by assisting members, discussing memberships and programs, supporting fitness activities, and helping with day-to-day fitness center operations.
No personal training certification is required. If you're outgoing, dependable, and interested in fitness, wellness, or healthcare, we'd love to meet you.
Your Role:
- Welcome members and assist with check-ins
- Discuss memberships, services, and programs with current and prospective members
- Answer questions and provide a great member experience
- Assist members throughout the fitness center
- Support fitness and wellness activities and programs
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe gym environment
- Assist with member records and documentation
- Collaborate with our fitness, wellness, and rehabilitation teams
- Support community events and outreach as needed
