Payroll & Human Resources Coordinator

Description Payroll & Human Resources Coordinator Position Identification: Non-Exempt Reports to: Accounting & Office Manager, Operating Unit President Position Summary: The Payroll & Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and timely while also supporting key day-to- day HR functions including onboarding, employee records, compliance, and benefits administration. This role requires strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Job Functions: Administer union payroll, including reporting, payments, and tax compliance Prepare payroll funding reports and resolve discrepancies Manage new hire paperwork, onboarding, and orientation Perform employment verifications, background checks, and maintain employee files Maintain AAP logs and follow OFCCP guidelines Manage employee additions, deletions, and changes in the ERP system Maintain confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Essential): 3+ years of payroll and HR experience with strong payroll knowledge Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and follow through on priorities Experience collaborating across all organizational levelsli> Strong verbal and written communication skills Handle confidential information with discretion Proficient in Excel B&L Sheet Metal & Roofing, a Tecta America Company LLC, offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, etc. Payroll & Human Resources Coordinator12/2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr Tecta America Corp.
