Base salary: $132,000-$180,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Indel Services, LLC. has an opportunity to lead a corporate flight operation while serving as Pilot in Command aboard the company's Citation Mustang aircraft.

As our Chief Pilot, you'll play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and professional flight operations while partnering directly with company leadership. This is more than a flying position. You'll have the opportunity to influence aviation strategy, oversee compliance, mentor pilots, and provide executive-level service in a dynamic corporate aviation environment.

What You'll Do

• Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) for company flight operations
• Lead and oversee all aspects of corporate flight operations
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and operational standards
• Act as the primary liaison with the FAA and regulatory agencies
• Provide leadership, coaching, and operational guidance to company pilots
• Plan and execute safe, efficient flights, including performance calculations, weather review, and flight planning
• Maintain aircraft readiness and operational documentation
• Deliver an exceptional experience for passengers through professionalism, discretion, and customer service
• Support aircraft servicing, hangar operations, and overall operational readiness

What You Bring

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine Ratings
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) Certificate
• Valid U.S. Passport
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally on short notice

Preferred Experience

• Corporate aviation experience
• Experience operating Citation aircraft or other turbine-powered fixed-wing aircraft
• Previous Chief Pilot or flight department leadership experience

Schedule and Availability

Corporate travel requires flexibility, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, overnight trips, and short-notice assignments. Non-flight working days are normally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

During assigned on-call periods, you must be reachable and able to arrive at our airport in Rancocas, New Jersey, ready to begin duties within two hours of notification. This includes preparation and commuting time. Reliable transportation and the ability to meet this requirement are essential.

All operations remain subject to aircraft readiness, weather, crew fitness, and applicable safety and duty-rest requirements.
