This role ensures materials are prepared to exact specifications and delivered efficiently to the wellsite.Operate bulk plant systems to load cement, chemicals, and acid per job requirementsMonitor and control blending equipment, pressures, and flow systemsEnsure cleanliness and organization of the plant; perform equipment maintenanceReview job sheets and coordinate blend specificationsSafely load/unload supplier deliveries using forklifts or pallet jacksMaintain inventory levels and ensure samples are properly stored and trackedComplete and submit accurate shipping and inventory documentationDrive bulk trucks to assist with cement loading as neededAdhere to all safety standards and report hazards or incidents promptlyAttend weekly safety meetings and support a culture of Crew Resource ManagementExercise stop-work authority when needed for safety or process concernsPerform other duties as assigned to support operational and organizational goalsEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent required2+ years of experience in bulk plant operationsValid Class 1 Driver's LicenseSkills & KnowledgeStrong math and measurement skills (ratios, volumes, percentages)High attention to detail and accuracyMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityTeam-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skillsFamiliar with MSDS, PPE, TDG, and emergency response protocolsWilling and able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-callWork Environment & Physical DemandsRegular exposure to moving machinery, outdoor weather conditions, diesel fumes, chemicals, dust, and moderate to loud noise levels.Must be able to frequently lift, lower, carry, and move materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 65 pounds.Must be able to push and pull equipment, carts, hoses, or other objects requiring up to 100 pounds of force.Requires frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, crouching, and working at ground level for extended periods.Must be able to climb and descend ladders, steps, platforms, and equipment while maintaining balance and stability.Requires sufficient manual dexterity and fine motor coordination to operate tools, manipulate small parts, assemble and disassemble components, and perform maintenance and repair tasks.Requires the physical stamina to perform repetitive physical activities throughout the workday while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators and other safety equipment.Requires visual acuity to inspect equipment, read gauges, identify defects, and safely perform maintenance and operational tasks.Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with supervisors, coworkers, customers, and other personnel in shop, office, and field environments, as applicable.Physical Capability: The physical demands described above are representative of the essential functions of this position.
