Litigation Attorney

A highly-regarded law firm in Mary Esther, Florida, is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join its well-established practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong civil litigation skills, the ability to manage cases independently, and a willingness to learn through mentorship from senior attorneys. This role centers primarily on civil litigation in Florida state courts. Applicants should have (or be willing to develop) courtroom experience or be comfortable handling court hearings. Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases

Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

Represent clients in court hearings and trials

Provide legal advice and counsel to clients

Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff on case strategies

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
