As a Residential Direct Support Professional at TERI, you will play a vital role in helping adults with special needs thrive in a safe, supportive, and engaging home environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, patient, resilient, and adaptable, with a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact on others’ lives.

 

In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities, provide structured and recreational programming, support healthy meals and personal routines, and foster independence and growth. TERI provides full training for Med Pour Certification and Class B Driver’s License preparation, making it accessible for those ready to begin a rewarding career in residential care.  

 

Your Role & Responsibilities –

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including waking, dressing, hygiene, and bedtime routines.
• Plan and support meaningful recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities to encourage resident growth and engagement.
• Prepare, serve, and support healthy meals while promoting good nutrition and dining routines.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents at all times, including monitoring behavior and providing appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, communicate with the care team, and collaborate with families and staff to support individualized care plans.

 

Qualifications –

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Must hold a Valid Driver's License
• Must be able and willing to obtain a Class B Driver’s License and Med Pour Certification
• Related experience preferred, but not required 

 

Pay –

$20.00 Hourly

Full-time/Part-Time
