Role: Senior Account Specialist supporting Solta’s non-invasive medical device products in Upstate NY/Connecticut, focusing on sales growth and territory development. Responsibilities develop sales strategies, execute product demonstrations, customer training, and launch plans build and maintain key relationships identify new business opportunities collaborate with surgical and clinical teams manage administrative tasks including business planning and customer data management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements High school diploma minimum, Bachelor's preferred at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in medical device or consumables sales to plastic surgeons or dermatologists within FDA-regulated environments strong selling, planning, organizational, and communication skills valid driver’s license with willingness to travel up to 75% ability to lift equipment up to 60 lbs. proficient in software and hardware use. Preferred experience in cosmetic or surgical medical fields, knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. High-Value medical device sales, minimally invasive aesthetics, FDA-regulated environment, customer education, and healthcare provider engagement.
