Overview Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Healthcare Support Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a solution-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Remote (must be near Sacramento, California for onsite presence 1-2 days a week) Pay Range: up to $52 What's the Job? Gather and analyze requirements for new healthcare implementations and large-scale deployments. Support the development of sustainable healthcare products and solutions. Collaborate effectively across diverse teams to ensure project success. Perform complex data analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Communicate proactively with stakeholders to anticipate needs and provide impactful insights. What's Needed? Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Experience with health plan and insurance processes. Strong community engagement skills and ability to work with multi-faceted teams.
