Responsibilities: Assist project team with initial project setup. Organize and maintain project documentation in established project-specific file system. Track and collect executed subcontracts, insurance documents, and licenses. Develop, distribute, and track correspondence related to the project subcontracts. Work with project team members to ensure initial compliance documents are obtained prior to subcontractor's first day onsite Assist with owner and subcontractor change orders. Coordinate receipt of subcontractor invoices and approval process. Review subcontractor invoices for accuracy, verify compliance and request document revisions before submitting for payment. Request subcontractor and supplier releases. Assist project team with project close out. Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks for project teams. Order and maintain office supplies/equipment, and scheduling maintenance as necessary. What We're Looking For: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a team-based environment. Ability to problem solve and develop outcomes with multiple stakeholders.
