Job Summary:
An Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Winchester, Tennessee. This role involves providing specialized critical care services to adult patients 18 years and older, with a focus on advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, vasoactive drips, and cardiac support. The position requires candidates to bring their RN license to work in Tennessee. Candidates must be capable of working night shifts and meeting the required weekly hours.

Job Details:

• Location: Winchester, TN
• Shift: Nights, 12 hours
• Schedule: Weekly guaranteed hours of 36
• Required Qualifications: Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in Tennessee, RN License in Tennessee, ACLS, BLS, PALS Certifications, 2+ years of ICU experience, experience with advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, vasoactive drips, cardiac support
• Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of two years of ICU experience, team player, compassionate, advocate personality fit, experience with Meditech EHR system, ability to manage complex patient populations including COPD exacerbation, DKA, atrial fibrillation, and septic shock
• Additional Information: Census dependent float requirements, rotating weekend hours, may be required as needed based on census
