Nutrition Aide (Part-Time) Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Experience in Food Service Preparation in an institutional setting Responsibilities/Duties: Prepare food for the children’s meals that is delivered by the food service agency. Become familiar with daily classroom routine and Head Start philosophy and mission. Terms of Employment Conditions of Employment Luzerne County Head Start requires staff to possess current, valid Background Clearances (3) per state/federal laws and regulations. Proof of education and credentials meeting the minimum qualifications of the job. Location, *SEE Head Start Center locations at / Hours & Salary Part Time/10-month school year position- August-June annually, with an established summer break between school years. Work Schedule: 20 hrs/wk (4 hour days, M-F) Pay Rate: $13.99/hr $500 Sign On Bonus!
