Tiny Little Blessings is a growing Christian Early Learning center located in Mount Juliet, TN. As our school continues to grow, we are looking for a loving, dependable, energetic Full-Time

Infant/Toddler Teacher who wants to become an important part of our TLB family.

This is not simply a position for someone who wants to “watch children.”

We are looking for a teacher who understands how important the infant and toddler years are and wants to help create a safe, loving, structured, and engaging environment where our youngest students can thrive.

Our Infant/Toddler Teacher will be responsible for helping provide high-quality care throughout the school day, including:

• Providing attentive, nurturing care for infants and toddlers
• Creating positive relationships and connections with each child
• Engaging children through developmentally appropriate learning, play, reading, music, movement, and exploration
• Assisting with bottles, meals, snacks, diapering, naps, and other daily routines
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
• Following classroom schedules, lesson plans, policies, and procedures
• Completing required classroom documentation
• Communicating professionally and positively with parents
• Working closely with fellow teachers and administration
• Following all health, safety, and state childcare licensing requirements
• Helping create a positive classroom culture where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

8:30 AM–5:30 PM
