En Fit2Run, no solo contratamos Asociados de Ventas al Detal — desarrollamos futuros líderes.
Este puesto es mucho más que vender tenis. Se trata de entender a las personas, resolver necesidades y ayudar a cada cliente a encontrar la opción ideal para sus metas. Ya sea que alguien esté entrenando para su primer 5K, caminando por bienestar o buscando alcanzar una nueva meta personal, tú formarás parte de ese proceso.
A través de nuestro exclusivo proceso Fit2Run Fit, aprenderás a evaluar, educar y guiar a los clientes hacia la mejor solución posible. ¿No tienes experiencia en running? No hay problema. Nosotros te enseñaremos todo lo que necesitas saber.
Muchos de nuestros Gerentes de Tienda, líderes y miembros del equipo corporativo comenzaron exactamente aquí — como Asociados de Ventas.
Lo Que Harás
La mayor parte de tu tiempo la pasarás en el piso de ventas conectando con los clientes, haciendo las preguntas correctas y ofreciendo una experiencia que va más allá de una simple venta. Aprenderás y aplicarás el proceso Fit2Run Fit, incluyendo análisis de pisada, conocimiento de productos y recomendaciones personalizadas.
Te mantendrás activo, dinámico y listo para ayudar — ya sea apoyando a un compañero, organizando mercancía o manteniendo la tienda en excelentes condiciones. Serás parte de un equipo que celebra los logros, se apoya mutuamente y trabaja con energía todos los días.
También tendrás oportunidades para participar en eventos comunitarios, clubes de running y experiencias en tienda que dan vida a nuestra marca.

Debes sentirte cómodo(a) trabajando en un ambiente dinámico y de ritmo rápido, estar abierto(a) a recibir retroalimentación y coaching, y entusiasmarte por trabajar en equipo. Buenas destrezas de comunicación y responsabilidad son esenciales, junto con flexibilidad para trabajar noches, fines de semana y días feriados.
