About the Position

Job Title: Ultrasound Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: General Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required License: Active license required Certifications: ARDMS certification required Must-Have: - Call requirement: may include one weekend (24 hours) per month - Some 6 PM - 6 AM shifts per schedule - Preferred experience with EPIC charting system Description: The Ultrasound Tech will perform a variety of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal and pelvic scans. Ability to conduct specialized procedures such as biopsies and guided aspirations is required. Experience with various ultrasound techniques for different anatomical areas is essential. The role involves working collaboratively with the healthcare team. Flexibility to meet scheduling needs, including potential on-call duties, is important. Additional experience in a hospital setting is preferred, particularly with community hospital exposure. The candidate must provide accurate work history information going back seven years for verification purposes. Only one holiday request can be made per contract. Compliance with onboarding and work history verification is required prior to start.
