RECRUITER/HR ASSOCIATE

Corporate 10216 Werch Dr Suite 101 Woodridge, IL 60517, USA Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, 40 hours per week Annual Salary DOE: $58 K Key Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruiting (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews) Coordinate screening, interviews, onboarding, and new‑hire documentation Maintain employee records and HR compliance files Support leave administration and accommodation processes Assist with employee relations and workplace investigations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Respond to routine employee HR questions and elevate complex issues when needed Qualifications 2–5 years of recruiting or HR experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills.
