Sr SDET - API Testing and SQL - Tampa / Mississauga

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute automated tests for APIs.
Perform manual and automated testing of UI components.
Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and accuracy.
Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in API testing.
Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
Solid knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries.
Experience with UI testing and related tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Familiarity with performance testing tools.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 38,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 133,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role. Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees. This position is not available for independent contractors No applications will be considered if received more than 120 days after the date of this post
