Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient ENT and Allergy clinic in Lewes, DE. The position requires 100% outpatient coverage with no nights or weekends. Job Duties Managing ENT and Allergy patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Treating children and adults for common ENT and Allergy conditions. Performing physical exams and minor procedures. Ordering surgeries through the physician. Ordering and reviewing test results. Other duties as assigned by the physician while ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and clinical policies and procedures. Qualifications Board certification from the National Commission on Physician Assistants (NCCPA) -OR- current RN license and NP licensure with current certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)/American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC). Current PA or NP licensure in Delaware or ability to obtain. Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). 3+ years of clinical experience strongly preferred. Strong computer knowledge of EHR systems. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague, and vendor populations.
