Working closely with Sales, Production, Account Management, and senior creative leadership, you will play a key role in delivering innovative campaigns that combine powerful storytelling with measurable business impact. As Associate Creative Director, you will lead creative strategy for enterprise clients, develop original campaign concepts, scripts, and presentations, and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams throughout every stage of production. You'll serve as a trusted creative advisor, confidently presenting ideas to executive stakeholders while ensuring every project maintains the highest creative standards. The Role: Lead creative discovery sessions, develop strategic campaign concepts, write scripts, treatments and presentations, and partner with Sales teams to create winning creative pitches for enterprise clients. Provide creative leadership across commercial productions by mentoring producers, directors, editors, designers and motion artists while maintaining exceptional creative standards throughout every stage of production. Oversee creative execution from concept through final delivery, reviewing scripts, edits, graphics and final assets while ensuring projects remain aligned with creative vision, timelines and budgets. Build trusted relationships with enterprise clients and executive stakeholders, confidently presenting creative ideas, navigating feedback, and translating business objectives into compelling visual storytelling. Drive collaboration across creative, production, sales and account teams while helping improve internal creative processes, supporting innovation, and contributing to the continued evolution of the company's creative offering. The Ideal Candidate 7+ years of experience as an Associate Creative Director, Creative Director, Senior Creative Producer or similar creative leadership role, with an outstanding portfolio featuring commercial or branded content for nationally recognised brands. Proven experience leading enterprise clients, presenting creative work to executive stakeholders, and developing strategic creative concepts that solve business challenges. Strong background in commercial storytelling, concept development, scriptwriting and creative presentations, supported by exceptional visual taste and a deep understanding of production. Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams while providing constructive feedback that consistently elevates creative quality across multiple concurrent projects. Highly collaborative, commercially minded and organised, with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience working within fast-paced creative or agency environments.
