Role Overview Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Pipeline Specialists to help identify, qualify, and introduce investment opportunities into our investor and fund manager network. This is not an employment role . Investment Pipeline Specialists operate as independent contractors , activated through a verification and approval process. Once approved, Investment Pipeline Specialists: Source and submit qualified investment opportunities Support early-stage deal intake and positioning Earn transaction-based compensation on closed deals Build a verified deal history within the Initio Sphere ecosystem This role is ideal for professionals already close to live deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and highly networked professionals. What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) Approved Investment Pipeline Specialists may: Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities Qualify deals for investor and sponsor relevance Submit opportunities through Initio Sphere’s platform Provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis) Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners Support early-stage diligence handoff (analyst teams handle modeling and underwriting) You are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising. Based on approval and demonstrated experience, Investment Pipeline Specialists may submit opportunities across: Private equity and growth equity transactions Operating businesses and special situations Structured, opportunistic, or non-traditional investments Deal categories are approved based on sourcing credibility and background.
