Senior Customer Representative, Telesales GHH -- Gulf Territory

Merck seeks a Pharmacy Vaccine Account Representative to engage pharmacy and medical group customers in a five-state Gulf territory. The hybrid role combines remote clinical consultation with periodic in-person customer visits to support vaccine adoption and health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned pharmacy and medical group accounts through relationship building and collaborative business planning
• Conduct customer business reviews and optimize vaccine purchasing aligned with patient care goals
• Establish performance metrics and adjust strategies to support account growth and clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with field sales teams to deliver vaccine information and commercial solutions to diverse customer segments
• Apply customer insights to segment accounts and customize engagement strategies for different customer types

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
• High school diploma with 6+ years sales, marketing, military, or healthcare experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% depending on location
• Account management and contract negotiation capabilities
• Strong relationship-building and strategic questioning skills
• Knowledge of vaccine portfolios, immunization protocols, and clinical standards
