CONTRACT Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal

Job Description Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company is urgently seeking a contract plaintiff-side personal injury paralegal for an on-site assignment in Washington, DC. Start: ASAP once interviewed and selected Location: Dupont Circle, on site Pay Rate: $30-$35/hour Duration: open-ended, could potentially be contract-to-hire for the right candidate Responsibilities Perform client intake meeting, witness interviews, medical records requests, drafting demand packages, settlement negotiations, and client and case management, among other things. File management, document management, case tracking, etc. Meeting with clients in person, gathering information for the cases, keeping clients updated as to case progress. Qualifications At least one year of experience in a plaintiff personal injury firm, must be able to "hit the ground running". Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
