We are hiring Autonomous Vehicle Operators to support live passenger service and testing operations for an advanced autonomous vehicle program. Operators actively monitor autonomous vehicle performance, remain prepared to take control when necessary, document vehicle behavior, and provide valuable feedback to engineering and operations teams. Compensation and Benefits Earn $23.00 per hour Paid training program Part-time opportunity Minimum 12-15 hours per week Up to 30 hours per week available Opportunity to work with cutting-edge autonomous vehicle technology Job Details Monitor autonomous vehicle operations in real time Maintain readiness to safely take manual control when necessary Observe and document unexpected vehicle behaviors Record events and operational details accurately Assist with testing and passenger service operations Answer rider questions professionally Support a safe and positive rider experience Work closely with engineering and operations teams Use mobile devices and digital reporting tools Follow established safety procedures and protocols Available Schedule Minimum 12-15 hours per week Flexible weekday daytime and evening shifts Must be available for at least one weekend shift Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Minimum 3 years of driving experience Clean driving record Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using technology and mobile devices Ability to remain attentive for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly Ability to assist wheelchair passengers when needed Strong safety mindset Ability to follow detailed procedures and protocols Adaptable and coachable attitude Preferred Qualifications Previous autonomous vehicle experience Professional driving experience Vehicle operations experience Testing or data collection experience Why Join?
