This role serves as a key point of contact for drivers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient material flow. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.**Key Responsibilities*** Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including in-person, and phone.* Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.* Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.* Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and build lasting relationships.* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance overall customer experience.* Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.* Assume other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by management.## Job Qualifications**Qualifications*** Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.* Previous experience in client services or customer support is preferred.* Strong skills in outbound calling and effective communication.* Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.* Familiarity with office environments and data entry processes.* Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.**Benefits**We offer highly competitive salaries and premium benefits as we continue to strive to create a rewarding work environment.
