Technical Support Specialist

Salary: $50,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements:

• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Excel, and web-conferencing tools such as Google Meet; Microsoft Excel experience of 3 years is required.
• At least 2 years of technical support experience is required; 2 years of account management experience is preferred.
• Strong process discipline, including consistent CRM documentation, support-ticket handling, and adherence to outreach schedules.
• Clear, proactive communication skills and confidence speaking with busy business owners.
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to learn our products and explain how they save customers time and improve profitability.
• A valid drivers license is required.
• Ability to work in person in Council Bluffs, Iowa, is required.

• Maintain regular outreach to existing accounts to assess satisfaction, build relationships, and encourage continued use of our services.
• Lead new-customer installation, software configuration, and account setup after a sale.
• Contact clients to arrange and deliver interactive product training sessions through Google Meet.
• Review system logs and usage metrics to identify adoption issues or technical problems, and proactively contact clients to help address them.
• Track, resolve, and follow up on client inquiries using our support-ticket system and internal CRM.
• Independently prioritize and manage multiple active accounts each day.

We develop software for recycled auto-parts procurement, including real-time inventory pricing tools and AI-powered auction-preview valuation services. This full-time, in-office role is based in Council Bluffs, Iowa, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Annual pay is $50,000–$60,000, commensurate with ability.
