Licensed Social Worker

Job Description Summary The licensed therapist reports to the clinic manager. Under the limited supervision, the therapist works as part of the clinical team to coordinate the provision of services by the telehealth providers. This position facilitates screening assessments, referral management, family contact and telehealth equipment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in social work or social welfare program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, or related degree. One year post graduate professional social work experience preferred. MSW licensure by the South Carolina Board of Social Work Examiners. Requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Demonstrates ability to collaborate in a positive, professional manner with medical professionals. Requires ability to work in a thorough but efficient manner.
