The Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) provides diagnostic evaluation services for autism spectrum disorder and related conditions, produces comprehensive psychological reports, and facilitates seamless care coordination between diagnostic and therapeutic services within KBH's integrated behavioral health model. Role Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related diagnostic evaluations using evidence-based assessment tools and protocols Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests and observational measures appropriate for ASD and developmental disability evaluations Write detailed, clinically sound psychological evaluation reports that meet professional standards and regulatory requirements Deliver evaluation findings and recommendations to families, caregivers, and referring providers in a clear and compassionate manner Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), RBTs, intake, and other KBH team members to ensure smooth care transitions from diagnostics to ABA services Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with KBH policies and professional standards Participate in clinical supervision with a Licensed Psychologist (LP) as required by North Carolina licensing regulations Travel to KBH clinic locations throughout the Triangle, Fayetteville, Wilmington, and Charlotte to conduct in-person assessments Qualifications Master’s Degreein Psychology from an accredited program, required.

1. 2 years clinical experience conducting psychological evaluations, preferably with ASD populations, required.
2. years direct experience with autism diagnostic tools, required.

Active Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) credential in North Carolina, required. Experience working in pediatric or developmental disability settings, required.
